Reporter: You have been in the ceramic industry for several years. What did you try to do before entering this industry? Why did you choose to enter this industry?


Mr. Li: I haven't been in the ceramic industry for a long time. I have been in the clothing business for more than 20 years before, and some friends are doing ceramics. He influenced me to join the sublimation last year.


Reporter: With so many brands in the ceramic industry, what is the reason why you finally made up your mind to choose sublimation ceramic brands?


Mr. Li: At the beginning, I was hesitant to choose a brand. Later, Shenghua had a training in Quzhou. I went to attend it. A friend who had been doing sublimation for many years said that I was deeply impressed. He said that to choose a brand, you should look at its strength, quality and service. Now there are so many brands that it can't be done long by price alone. This sentence inspired me greatly and made me finally choose sublimation.

Reporter: What was the biggest difficulty you encountered when you first started the sublimation ceramic brand? How did you overcome it? In the meantime, who do you want to be grateful for most?


Mr. Li: When operating sublimated ceramics, the store needs to be renovated. To be honest, the ceramic industry is facing great challenges. Although it is also facing a consumption boom, it was full of troubles at first. Later, it was also helped and cared by our regional manager. Many problems were quickly solved. Last March, the contract was sublimated, and the renovation began in the next year, and it was completed in early May. Now the store decoration is also very beautiful, no matter what problems.


 

Reporter: In your cooperation with customers, is there anything that impresses you? Why? What do you think is the reason why customers choose you?


Mr. Li: The store has been open for so long, and there are several impressive customers. To be honest, these customers are hesitant at first. Now there are so many brands in the ceramic industry, and there are hundreds and thousands of them on the Internet. It is very difficult for customers to make choices. If customers come to my store, the clerk must be enthusiastic and sincere to them. One customer is in our Xiaoshan community, and it is still there. I also sincerely treat them from the designer's measurement to our processing factory. Anyway, I treat them sincerely. Now customers and I have become friends. Just like sisters, they will call and help me introduce customers. I have always said that I am quite sincere. In fact, being a person is the same as selling. I can impress customers by sincerity, think for customers, save them and help them arrange their sizes reasonably.


Reporter: In general, what do you do in team management? Can you share with us the contents of your daily work?


Chief Li: To be honest, the management of the team is also inexperienced. However, in our store, no matter whether you are the boss or the shop assistant, you treat everyone sincerely with each other. Just because you are a shop assistant, a designer, a shopping guide or a boss, you must have a common heart in normal contact. It doesn't mean that you are above others, and everyone should do things together and treat them equally. Every day's work is to talk to everyone about today's work plan when they arrive at the store at 8: 00 in the morning, the work to be followed up the day before, where to deliver goods, measure rooms, etc., hold a short morning meeting, and do a good job in store hygiene. It is also polite for guests to come.

Mr. Li: According to the current trend, the ceramic industry, including the home improvement industry, tends to the hardcover repair of real estate. This customer's independent choice will become less and less in the future. Then we will keep pace with the times and work with some manufacturers to help and strive for more real estate cooperation. We are also exploring this aspect, and we will cooperate with decoration companies to expand the market. In the future, the team will improve and develop into one-stop service, including measuring houses, designing, drawing and drawing.

Reporter: As a service-oriented product, what do you do in terms of the ceramic tile product itself and its extension service?


Mr. Li: I have been thinking about this problem. There are too many decoration companies like ceramic brands. It is impossible for a decoration company to sign only one ceramic brand. There are also many choices. The competition is fierce. I have been communicating with those real estate and home improvement companies, giving priority to our sublimation. The price is the biggest aspect, the other is our service, follow-up service, and our quality, from execution to service.


Reporter: Now, what is the biggest challenge you face in the terminal? How did you deal with it?


Mr. Li: The biggest challenge now is that there are too many brands, the market of ceramic industry is also changing rapidly, and the network environment is also ever-changing. Only by constantly improving your skills, developing your thinking, gaining new kinetic energy and looking for new opportunities, from stores to service personnel, from execution to service, from quantity to quality, can you cope with market changes.
