In terms of team management, we are more humane, leaving the employees free to play. The employees in the store are also stable. The longest working years of the old employees are 15-16 years, and the shortest working years are 4-5 years. The employees have a tacit cooperation. Last year, our flagship store in Tangshan spent money to renovate and upgrade the exhibition hall of 1,300 square meters, and developed in reverse, making it a "shared exhibition hall for agents" to show our products in a better way, focusing on helping agents.
