Actually speaking, it is also fate. I entered the business in 2005, and I was engaged in the product sales business of small enterprises in Guangdong. I happened to be exposed to sublimation. At that time, when docking with customers, customers were very satisfied with the paving of sublimation ceramics products in all aspects, and the quality was also good. With the development of consumption trends, consumers tend to brand more when choosing products, so I began to understand tile brands. At this moment, the regional manager who met sublimation came to the store. After understanding, sublimation can give me more and better development space regardless of product system or policy assistance and brand promotion, so I finally chose sublimation ceramics.

Xiaobian: Which products sell well? How to promote the store at ordinary times?

At present, 800×800 specifications are still popular, including 800×800 specifications for some of our projects, such as all-in-one marble tiles and fully glazed products. Product promotion, first of all, there is a special area in the storefront for product display; Secondly, the headquarters has launched high-speed rail, CCTV and self-media advertising, and the brand awareness is further expanding; Then there are advertising promotion in sales channels and storefronts, design support from headquarters and activity planning support, and multi-dimensional publicity, so that customers can see at a glance when they enter the store.

Xiaobian: How was the operation of Shijiazhuang specialty stores in the first half of the year? Can you talk to us about your development plan in the second half of the year?
Mr. Wang (Shijiazhuang dealer):
In the first half of the year, the overall market was affected to some extent, but it didn't affect us much. After normal rework, we immediately connected agents and home improvement companies online to meet our trend in the next step. Just this year, the transformation and upgrading of the store has been completed, and it is planned to call agents back to discuss our agent operation assistance and channel development in the second half of the year.
Xiaobian: It is understood that you have done a good job in home improvement and distribution channels. How do you operate these channels?
Mr. Wang (Shijiazhuang dealer):
We are mainly a home improvement+distribution channel now. I have been in the ceramic industry for many years, and I have my own fixed network resources in channel operation, as well as the exchange of resources between customers. When it comes to human resources, I signed a contract with some of my friends to sublimate in Foshan at that time, and set up agents in Shijiazhuang City, Zhengding District, Gaocheng District and Pingshan County in one fell swoop. Because I trusted sublimation enough, I was satisfied with the support of manufacturers and the cost performance of products, so I was confident that sublimated ceramics would become bigger and stronger in this region.

At present, the image projects we are doing include the famous five-star hotel of Shijiazhuang Medical College, which uses our all-in-one marble tiles and fully glazed ceramic tiles. While doing government projects, we are also expanding the popularity and influence of our brand in the local area.
