Mr. Wu: My father has been acting for sublimation ceramics for 15 years, and I have been managing sublimation for 5 years. Actually, in the early days, my father chose to act as agent for sublimation, which can be said to be fate. At that time, he had a very good friend who worked as a stone channel. He first acted as agent for sublimation, and then wanted to operate the stone channel full-time, so he transferred the agent right of sublimated storefront to us for operation, so there was a deep friendship between us and sublimation.

General Manager Wu: In the first half of this year, the market was generally affected. After the early epidemic, the retaliatory consumption of the whole market was quite good during this period, but it was flat after May and June. However, in the face of the market economy depression, we have not slackened. Everyone is still actively exploring the market and serving customers well. I believe that there will always be gains if we pay!

Mr. Wu: It can be said that the traditional business model has developed to a bottleneck. If we still copy the business model 10 years ago, it will not work. Therefore, I began to change my style of play, develop in the channel, continuously integrate existing resources and explore the market, including our cooperation with self-assembled companies to continuously expand market share in the local area.

Xiaobian: Mr. Wu, what are the main existing channels? In terms of team operation, how do you usually manage it?




General Manager Wu: Our main channel now is distribution+retail+self-assembly. My father is in charge of distribution, and I mainly focus on home improvement channel and retail. At ordinary times, everyone should perform their duties and do their job well. We will hold symposiums at the store from time to time, share and communicate, and make continuous improvement and progress.

Mr. Wu: 400×800 medium plates and 600×1200 large plates are popular now. Now, the products with 600×1200 specifications are gradually replacing the products with 800×800 specifications, and everyone is slowly accepting large-sized ceramic tiles. On the whole, the products of dark gray are popular, and the high-grade gray can be said to be very fashionable, which is also in line with the modern luxury style.

Mr. Wu: We can't rely solely on one sales channel to operate ceramic tiles. We must operate through multiple channels, and develop distribution, engineering, home improvement and complete installation. At present, I think the home improvement channel is the first thing I need to upgrade. Now this one is relatively weak, and it is necessary to continue to make the project channel bigger and stronger, integrate existing resources and fully grasp the network resources at hand, and strive to broaden the channels and expand the market share in the local area.
