Mr. Huang: Shenghua is the first Guangdong ceramic brand I came into contact with. I have been making Shandong bricks and Fujian bricks for 20 years. Later, with the development of the market, everyone is emphasizing Guangdong bricks and brand. At this time, I think it is necessary to make changes. My friend thought the sublimation brand was good, and recommended it to me. At that time, 2019 was the 20th anniversary celebration of sublimation. We took this opportunity to visit Foshan headquarters, and we felt very satisfied. The strength of the headquarters and the support from all sides gave us great confidence, so we finally chose to represent sublimation ceramics.

Mr. Huang: In the first half of this year, all walks of life were affected. Basically, the construction of our northeast market was delayed by one month, which had a great impact. However, the market started to pick up in May, and it is OK at present. In March, when the market was not fully open, we followed the pace of our headquarters and participated in live online activities, so that the whole team could move first.

Mr. Huang: I have some thoughts on the future development planning. The first step is to transform first, adjust the operation mode according to the market situation in Northeast China, and make sales up; Secondly, improve the professional knowledge and skills of the storefront team and build a professional team; Furthermore, it is to build the sublimation brand image in the local area and put in advertisements; The last point is that we won a new store this year, and now the store is about to be completed. Mr. Huang: The best-selling product in the northeast market is basically the 800×800 marble tiles. Consumers choose more white and gray products. The matching of these two colors is also versatile and will not be outdated.

Mr. Huang: We have three storefronts, each of which is equipped with a shopping guide, and all of them are old employees who have worked hard with me for more than ten years. When customers enter the store, our shopping guide will guide and introduce them. Mr. Huang: Now it is basically retail+distribution, and we have been learning and making progress in store management. Before my agent was sublimated, I worked hard in ceramic industry for more than 20 years, and also accumulated a lot of dealer contacts. Many channels also have their own resources to recommend, and our products are cost-effective, so customers will come to us actively.
