[Reporter] Mr. Zhang, can you talk about why you chose sublimation brand at that time?
[General Manager Zhang] Because there were friends who were making ceramics at that time, I recommended that I do it. Moreover, the sublimation brand is also well-known in the ceramic industry, and its popularity is very high. Of course, the most important reason is the quality. I also worked in the decoration industry before this. I bought more tiles in the decoration industry, but many tiles were unstable in quality, which brought losses to consumers and lowered the credit of merchants. So I wanted to be a tile brand with guaranteed quality at that time.
[Reporter] What are your unique methods in team building and store management?
[General Manager Zhang] In terms of team building, a sound assessment system and reward and punishment system are formulated to maximize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees. Some speech contests, knowledge contests, fun games, team tours and other activities will be held regularly to improve the comprehensive ability of employees, test their learning achievements and enrich their cultural life.
[Reporter] Your sales have been very successful. What successful experiences do you want to share with you?
[General Manager Zhang] No, success is far from complete. Be modest, haha, I am still starting a business. You have to stick to it when you start a business, and you can't slack off for a moment. Today, I feel that I want to thank my family most. I can't succeed without the support and contribution of my family. There are also friends' help. As the saying goes, I rely on my parents at home and my friends when I go out. For more than ten years, I couldn't achieve today's results without the support of my friends. [Reporter] How did you do in the first half of the year, and what are your plans for the second half of the year?
[General Manager Zhang] The sales performance in the first half of the year was OK, but of course it still didn't meet my best expectations. It is inevitable that the status quo will not be met. For the planning in the second half of the year, I still think that the development and growth of my career can't rely on the impulsive three-minute heat. The real competition is quality, service, management and innovation. If sales want to live a long life, we must strengthen the cultivation of internal strength, keep pace with the times and constantly improve ourselves.
In the past two years, the sales pressure is getting bigger and bigger.
